RETURN POLICY

10-Days Return Policy

We value our relationship with you and offer a return policy for most products that you purchase directly from the Pestobird.com website.

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your merchandise, you may return it within 10 days of receipt for a replacement or a full refund of your purchase price.

Please return products in their original condition and packaging, and ship them pre-paid to Home Secure PestoBird Services Pvt. Ltd., the parent company of Pestobird Brand. Specific items may have additional warranty limitations (you can find each product’s warranty directly on its detail page, underneath the social media sharing buttons).

In some cases, a small re-stocking fee may be charged. We can only refund shipping costs if your return is due to any of the following reasons:

  • We sent the incorrect item(s)

  • Item(s) arrived damaged.

  • Item(s) did not work because of a manufacturing defect.

Return Procedure

Contact our Consumer Care department via email on info@pestobird.com or on phone at +91-7011489721/ +91-7011113721 to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) prior to making a return. You will be given an RGA number, which must accompany the item(s) being returned. All products being returned to our warehouse must be authorized and reference an RGA # on the return packing list. We reserve the right to refuse any return that has not been authorized.

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE A RETURN WITHOUT FIRST CALLING US AND RECEIVING AND RGA #.

Packaging Your Return

Please carefully follow the steps below for packaging your return:

1. Fill out the RGA information (provided when you contact our consumer care team)

2. Include the original packing slip with your return

3. Wrap the package securely

4. Affix the return label on to the package

5. Write your assigned RGA# in the space provided

For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a 3-7 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
